Wrath of the Lich King mage talents

I got very excited today when I saw the proposed talent tree for mages in the upcoming World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King. The talent tree can be found at http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/info/classes/mage/talents2.html. The changes to the talent tree are:

Arcane:
• Student of the Mind

o Rank 1 – Increases your total spirit by 4%
o Rank 2 - Increases your total spirit by 7%
o Rank 3 - Increases your total spirit by 10%

• Focus Mind
o Increases magic damage taken by target by 10. Lasts one minute or 50 charges.

• Arcane Flows
o Reduces cooldown of POM, invisibility and arcane power by 30 secs.
